Subject: I'm not a doctor, but it sounds like maybe a counsellor or even talking to your family doctor might be a good idea. If there really isn't anything in your life that is making you feel unhappy, you might be having a clinical depression. If so, then it's just the chemicals in your brain that are making you feel that way, and there are things that can help. If there is something (or lots of smaller things that add up to something), then a counsellor could help you figure out how to deal with it, so you can start feeling better. Either way, you don't sound like a sicko - not at all. *hugs* Email me if you ever want to talk ;o)
