Subject: Todays Ride

Typical message on the 'Todays Ride' message board:

"Finally got to get out on the road, for only the second time this year. Combination of weather and work obligations have kept me from riding. Got out and did a short 15 mile ride this afternoon out to the Golden Eagle Ferry and back. Good to finally get back out on the road. Just thought I would share."

Seriously?

It is all I can do to keep from posting a reply saying "Who gives a fuck?"

I love that these posts typically do not have a single reply, even thought the posters clearly expect a half dozen people telling them how hard core they are.
