Det har verkligen varigt en skitbra träningshelg!!!
(med allt vad det innebär)
Har man dessutom EvaLena med sig får man räkna med att det händer en del oväntade grejer dessutom...
Linda har varit enorm som instruktör!
Så engagerad, och ett tålamod av guld :-).
Och dessutom får man en BRA förståelse för varför man gör det ena eller andra, inte bara att det ska göras/prövas.

Vi har fått med oss en hel del trix och fix som jag absolut kommer att använda mig utav!
