...har ni ngr träningsanteckningar /tävlingsdagböcker ??

Jag har jag sedan lång tid tillbaka fört träning MEn framför allt tävlingsdagbok & detta har hjälpt mig otroligt bra. Som exempel kan jag ge då jag tävlade & tävlade & åter tävlade med Gry i klass III ...utan att reflektera över vad som hände & var innsnöad på att få första pris så körde vi totalt fast. Som tur var vaknade jag upp i rättan tid ...ältade sönder dagboken för att till slut förstå den röda tråden. Tävlingen efter var jag VÄL förberedd & första priset var i hamn med en pärla som glänse. Körde denna tävling även samma med Inez & denna dag var det två Demefinezzare på samma tävling som stod överst på pallarna med STOLT matte!
