Well from the sounds of it, hes being honest with you about the time he spends with her right? Or are you hearing it from somebody else?

The only thing you can really do is talk to him about it, tell him it makes you uncomfortable that he's spending that much time with her. If he loves you he'll listen to how you feel and cut back on the time with this girl. Don't yell at him or come off like youre giving him shit, they only get defensive when they feel theyre being attacked.
