1-vo specializirana trenirvka za masa. Eleganto prosta - vzimash minimum upr i pravish maximum obem. Izberi si niakvo sguvane za biceps(niama znachenie kvo) i stranichnata presa. Niamash nuzhda ot poveche upr. Trenirash rucete 3 puti sedmichno purvo stranichnata presa 10seriix5povt. posle sguvaniata 10seriix5povt. Pravish s kakvato tezhest mozhesh taka che da si napravish seriikite s okolo 1 min pochivka. Purvo e stranichnata presa tui kato vse pak po-dobre dokato si po-svezh da durzhish dumbel nad glava. 1 seria liava, 1 seria diasna, 1 min pochivka ... Prez ostanalite dni mozhe da trenirash za sila BEZ masa drugite ti upr. V period za masa izbiagvai vsiakvi aerobiki i drugi sportove, poveche hapvane, spane i pochivka. Ne znam dali si zabeliazal no tozi cikul iziskva absurdni niva na intenzivnost i obem. Tochno zatova e priznat ot tezi koito sa minali prez nego za naj-gadnia i naj-efektivnia. Mozhesh da ochakvash kachvane na sila na kleka ako si po-edur mezhdu 30-50kg za celia cikul. Pochivash kolkoto mozhesh. Cikula e ultra brutalen(iasno ti e che rusnak go e mislil:)
Minimizirai drugite trenirovki do maloobemni svezhi serii.
