Mislq si nqkakvi cikli da my napravq. Da re4em edin sila i edin obem.
Smqtam za max edno povtorenie nabirane s po-6irok hvat(kakto si e vsu6tnost) i priemame li4noto mi teglo za MAX.
Cikula 6te e 2 sedmici dulug i trenirovkite 6te sa
3x5x70% grebane
3x5x80% grebane
2x3x90% + 1x5x80% grebane
1xkolkoto moga nabiraniq + 2x70% grebane
Ne6to takova mi se muti v glavata, ama ne sum mnogo v 4as s ne6tata i sigyrno moje da se precizira pove4e.
Po princip celite v blizkoto bude6te za gurba sa mi - okolo 10 nabiraniq + obem.
