I think in the context of the Little Prince representing a Christ figure, and the snake representing Satan, the Little Prince is the victor. The snake presents the option of death to the Little Prince, but the Little Prince never really dies since he just goes back to his planet. Similarly Christ never died though "bitten by the snake of death." Christ died and then rose, never truly facing death. Therefore, like Christ, the Little Prince is the victor over the snakes option of death.
