Subject: J.B. the "judge-penitent"

Jean Baptiste calls himself a "judge-penitent." He claims to get away with this because he constantly judges himself which then makes him able to judge others. But I don't understand why he even feels the necessity to judge himself first. He throws out God and the Bible, which teaches "do not judge others lest you yourself be judged." Even if he was following Biblical principles, he doesn't follow the rules. Yes, he "judges" himself in that he picks out his mistakes and weaknesses, but he never does anything to fix them. So until he is spotless, he has no right to judge others.
