Hello, your dogs need time to get use to your new Pekingese and he needs time to get use to his new surroundings. They should be introduced slowing. Keep the new one in a separate area but where they can see each other but not touch, until they get use to one another. You don't want to just put a strange dog in with your other dogs it rarely works. Your new Pekingese is either nipping out of fear (he's in a new home with strangers and scared, who wouldn't be). Or he's in pain and it hurts him when you try and lift him up. Hope things work out for you and would love to know how he's doing..
