A new year
out with the old and in with the New
2004 has finally become 2005
Nothing has changed for you.
You are still without a mate
to call your own
still without a lover
to take away the pain of your longing
Still without a friend to truly express your feelings
too.
You are searching for a friend
aching for a lover
and hungering for a mate
as the New Year begins
and the old one slowly begins to drift from your mind
It will be your birthday again soon
Your birthday
A birthday that you hope all your dreams
and all your wishes will finally come true.
But most years you wish for the same thing
To have a woman in your arms
to share nights of unbridled passion
and days of forbidden lust.
Will the new year bring you good luck, happiness
and the things you want and need.
Unfortunately only time will tell
only time will tell.

You swim thru the darkness of the night
You wade thru this black and white world
In search of the Color of the Night

that is the night.
