Don't be so hard on yourself. We all make mistakes in our lives, regardless of what they are. You had a rough time in your life, not your fault, and now it's time to forgive yourself and let go of those pervasive thoughts. Don't dwell and think about the past any more; let it go and move forward with your life. I'm not saying it will be easy, but it will be easier if you forgive yourself first and stop dwelling about things that have passed. You're a good person and I'm sure that you are perfectly capable of moving your life forward. You have friends and family that love you. Smile Sophia, the day has just begun! :)
