Subject: Moral Question
Ok, here's one of those hypothetical moral questions:
You're a photographer for CNN in afghanistan standing near a rushing river.
You hear a fire fight not too far away. Moments later you hear a splash up stream. You rush to the river bank to discover that in an attempt to escape the fighting, a person has either jumped or fallen into the mighty river.
As he struggles to stay afloat, the current pulls him down. He comes closer and you realize that he is Osama Bin Laden. He is unarmed and in his state of exhaustion probably easily subdued. However, all you have is your camera.
As he nears your location, you are close enough to grab him, he reaches up his arm as the current pulls him down probably for the last time.
So here is the question. If the situation were real, the current would be moving so rapidly that you would not have a time to think, but since it is a hypothetical, take your time in answering. Think carefully, what lens would you use to take the picture?
