1-Direct Data Conversion Project Signup in United Kingdom
Commercial Details:
Type of work: - Library/University work
Nature of work: - PDF, JPG, TIF to DOC through OCR
Systems per slots: - 200 PC
Minimum Char. : - Per system per day 50,000.00
Rate: - GBP 0.30 only (Great Britain Pound) Per 1000 Characters including spaces
TAT: - 30 days
Working days: - 22 days Excluding Saturday and Sunday
Commercial data:- Through CD/ FTP (FTP provided by parent company and CD by principal consultant)
Accuracy: - 98%
Rework: - 2 times
Payment security: - Through Letter of credit from parent company
Duration Of the Project: - 24 Months
Consultancy charges:
1-Business Procurement Fee= INR 12,00,000.00 (Twelve Lack Rupees).
(a) INR 4,00,000.00 (Four Lack Rupees) at the time of signing Service Level Agreement with UK Source Company, United Kingdom .
(b) INR 8,00,000.00(Eight Lack Rupees) Consultancy charges will be paid to M/S Zenindy Software Technology Ltd. Mumbai in this terms
(i) INR 2,00,000.00 (Two Lack Rupees) at the time of signing NDA.
(ii) INR 6,00,000.00 (Six Lack Rupees) will be paid in the form of Bank Guarantee, which will be encashed after getting the letter of credit.
SLA(Service Level Agreement) and WORK ORDER will be signed With the UK company in LONDON (UK)
Authorized consultant M/S ZENINDY SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGY LTD will provide technical assistance & services. Queries will be solved through Our Company Project Commencement With in 21 days after singing the NDA.
SUBMISSION OF THE DOCUMENTS BY THE SERVICE PROVIDERS:
1. Company profile
2. Memorandum and Articles of Association if Private/Public Ltd.
3. Certificate of Registration
4. Registered Partnership deed if; partnership firm.
5. Infrastructure details with photographs.
6. List of Technical Employees.
7. Board Resolution copy if applicable
8. Bank details with address and fax no.
9. Color Copy of the passport

2-Data Conversion Project Signup with Indian TPQAT Party
DATA CONVERSION
· UK based source company project.
· Signing of the Agreement/Project to be carried out in Mumbai
· Very Low Upfront =INR 5500/per Systems, which is refundable in 2 Quarters
· Seats Allotted=50 minimum to 200 maximum to one company.
· Rate=INR 22 Per 1000 characters
· Work=Scanned Forms in the PDF Format to Doc.
· TAT=30 days.
· Required QC level= 98%.
· Rework=3 times.
INR 25,000.00 in the form of Demand Draft at the time of signing the Agreement and balance INR 2,50,000.00 in the form of a Bank Guarantee Format, which will be enchased after obtaining the LC from the Zenindy Software Technology Ltd, and refundable in 2 Quarters
