Shri Narendra Kumar, who was running a publishing house named M/s. Har Anand Publications Pvt Ltd started in the the year of 1992 from 364-A, Chirag Delhi, New Delhi a rended office of Rs. 8000/-. per month. In the year of 2000, Shri. Kumar running his office at D-9Anand
Niketan, New Delhi and C-6, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi both the said offices rended by him.
Is today i.e. 2006 his properties total worth is approximately 65 crores. In the last 4 years nearly 7 properties purchased by him and his son’s i.e. Mr. Ashok Gosain & Mr. Ashish Gosain.
This is to bring to your notice that he is the Chariman of Group of Schools called DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL,F-Block, East of Kailash, New Delhi-110065 , where admission in New Delhi cost nearby 2.5 lakh per admission and franchise of the school outside New Delhi cost nearly 1 crore. Huge
amount of BLACK MONEY have exchanged hands for admissions and opening of new schools / branches.

F-1211, Chittranjan Park, New Delhi-110019 , purchased in the name Of Shri. Narendra Kumar.
E-4, Greater Kailash, Part-II, New Delhi, purchased in the name of Mr. Ashok Gosain & Mr. Ashok Gosain.
E-49/3, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-II, New Delhi-11020, purchased in the name of M.s. Lifeline Software Ltd. Mr. Ashish Gosain is owner of this company.
2000 Sq. Yd. Industrial Plot in Sector – 62, Noida.U.P, purchased In the name of RPIL Enterprises.
Farm House in Maneshwar, Haryana, purchased in the name of Mr. Ashok Gosain & Mr. Ashish Gosain
A Flat in Mumbai for his daughter Mrs. Alka Nalavadi
2 Plots in Chittranjan Park, which have been purchased in the name of Mr. Ashok Gosain.
Also please note, huge amount of Shri. Narendra Kumar’s BLACK MONEY
lying with the following people’s :-
Mr. Sunil Gandhi, Chartered Accountant, B-14, Basement,
LAJPATNAGAR-III, New Delhi-110024 He is a CA of Shri. Kumar’s Office. Mr. Kumar’s most of the black money lying with him.
Mr. Sanjeev Saraf, Vidyarthi Enterprises, Patna. A Book seller in
DPS, Patna also Dalal for DPS admission.
Mr. Surender Chabbra is father-in- law of Mr. Ashok Goain ,R/o
20/42, Flat No. 2, West Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi-110026 also running his
Furniture / Interior Business in Kirti Nagar (Near by Mayapuri Fly over).
Mr. Sunil Gupta, Ess Pee Enterprises, D-29/4, Ward No. 1, Mehrauli ,
New Delhi – 110030 and running his own school in Gurgaon and also
Dalal for DPS Admission.
Mr. Anand Bhushan running a publishing house named M/s. Pitambar
Publishing Co (P) Ltd, 888, East Park Road, Karol Bagh, New Delhi –
110005 , also Dalal l for DPS Admission.
Mr. Naveen Talwar is father-in-law of Mr. Ashish Gosain , R/o
Ludhiana.

As they have been looting poor people in the name of Education. This
an eye opener for a common man who is under the impression that these
peoples the educationist in India and would providing the children’s
with the best quality education.

against such fraud peoples and punish them.
