A lot of people say that they can 'sense' Dark Magic, but all they are sensing is the magic is being used to scare or harm someone, even though the user of the magic might not be bad." She sighed. "I'm having a fight about that right now at the Council of the Witches. It's quite aggravating." She shook her head a little. "Sorry about that."
