Inilah cabaran yang dihadapi oleh guru-guru zaman sekarang. tugas mendidik anak-anak sekarang semakin mencabar.

Penyelesaiannya tidak mudah. guru sekarang semakin banyak kekangan dalam menjalankan tugas mereka.Sexual harassment ini tentu sahaja dialami oleh ramai lagi guru kita di seluruh negara.

Nampak gayanya, tindakan awal mungkin sepatutnya diambil oleh Guru disiplin. Tetapi, mungkin guru yang teraniaya itu malu-malu untuk menyatakan kes yang terjadi.Masyarakat semakin tawar dengan nilai-nilai kesopanan dan akal budi.
