Haz bendecir por un sacerdote católico agua, para que antes de acostarte mojes tu dedo en ella, y te hagas la señal de la cruz. Tómate 5 minutos para leer con detenimiento todos los días algún párrafo del Evangelio, acude a Nuestra Madre María Santísima rezando el Santo rosario... y todo pasará. Llevando una vida cristiana, asistiendo a misa todos los domingos, sencillamente todo pasará...
