lo siento mucho, pero lo que cuantas me parece muy preocupante por varios motivos.

En primer lugar porque la posesión supone siempre una invasión del cuerpo y una influencia muy poderosa sobre la mente.

¿Qué espíritu bondadoso y con buenas intenciones querría llegar a poseer el cuerpo?

Por lo que sabemos a través de la Revelación (no olvides que nos encontramos en un foro católico) en ocasiones los demonios se disfrazan de "espíritus de luz" para tratar de engañarnos.

Plantéate que esa entidad a la que conoces como "esencia" puede ser en realidad un demonio.

Las terapias alternativas han crecido, sobre todo, en entornos New Age, y es muy bueno plantearse el origen de tales creencias para saber si realmente se puede confiar en ellas.
