lo primero que hay que tener claro es que existen enfermedades psiquiátricas pero también existe el fenómeno de la posesión, y que puden darse ambos simultaneamente.

Si está recibiendo tratamiento, lo mejor que puede hacer es seguir con el tratamiento y confiar en su médico (aunque sea agnóstico).

Además de la salud corporal y mental debemos buscar también la salud espiritual, y así, no abandonar nuestra vida de oración ni los sacramentos. El consejo y el discernimiento de un sacerdote la pueden ayudar mucho en su vida espiritual.
