ya sabes a dónde lleva el camino del alcohol. También sabes que empieza por una copa, como todo camino comienza dando el primer paso.

Mi consejo es que pruebes a no tomar ni siquiera esa copa durante la comida semanal o en esas ocasiones.

No es tan difícil hacerlo, y aprendes a disfrutar más de esas ocasiones, precisamente porque te permiten estar tal y como tu eres, disfrutando de la realidad. Sin necesidad de colocar un "filtro" que lo distorsiona todo.
