Subject: quiero acabar con lo que me pasa

cuando tenia 14 años acia la tabla ouija y creo que ahora estoy pasando lo que ice entonces.... no vivo tranquila el miedo me aterra y no me deja vivir no me gusta la oscuridad,, no puedo estar sola por las noches,, tengo pesadillas casi cada dia y no se el por que, siento cosas extrañas, y ay veces que tengo la sensacion que me voy a volver loca por tanto miedo, el miedo no meda ser realmente ser yo,, tengo muchas culpas que tampoco me dejan mirar para alante,, quisiera que alguien me ayudara gracias
