Just collated all the albums left on my purchase lists. I guess ten is manageable but this is guaranteed to grow by strenuous amounts during the summer.

so far tis thusly:

four tet - dialogue
isan - lucky cat
marumari - wolves hollow
mice parade - obrigado saudide
dictaphone - m=addiction
loscil - submers
manual - until tomorrow
mouse on mars - ideology
venetian snares - rossz csillag...
state river widening - cottonhead

all of the above I recommend especially, it seems, the new venetian snares which is more melodic piano and strings than glitchy beaty mess, very interesting and quite cinematic.
also gave state river widening a second chance after passing them by as I saw they are going to be at green man and it's quite summery and very pleasant.
and also, does anyone recommend any good american analog set? I wish to hear more.

what is on your list?

well its funny you should say this, becuase i recently drew up a list of cds i know i should have so i could buy some on amazon with my holiday money i got from notcutts. Some of these dont have actual cd names, i just want somthing

beta band - 3 eps
godspeed - lift skinny fists
little barrie - we are little barrie
Preston School of Industry
Hot Club of Cowtown
Coral - magic and medicine
Four Tet - Pause / Dialogue whichever is better?
Portishead - Portishead
Franz Ferdinand
The Zutons
The Who - Who's next
Apples in stereo
Swearing at motorists
Hope of the States
Pure Reason Revolution
I am Kloot - new one nearly out.

i would say this is totally unmanagable, and i will only really buy what i see for £5 in Fopp which will be none or very few of these and other ones i am tempted by.

american analog set - i like know by heart best, (the fun of watching fireworks and from our living room to yours are good, but more prone to extended drone sequences which can tire before the end of the record)

no list from me, too many emails tonight and that would take some real thought.

i'm in cambodia now

Want lists are the devil's playground, but for the record, my shopping basket on amazon that i don't have the bank balance to pay for yet is:

Bonobo - Dial M for Monkey
Jack Johnson - In Between Dreams
Thievery Corporation - Cosmic Games
Wilco - A Ghost Is Born
Patrick Wolf - Wind In The Wires
Lotek Hi Fi - Lotek Hi Fi
Budapest - To Blind To Hear
Engineers - Folly
Funki Porcini - Fast Asleep
Shearwater - Winged Life

If anyone knows of a good truck i can shneffle them all out of the back of send an SAE

town didn't have the album

then I was too disappointed to bother getting a book

and then, taking advantage of my state, a homeless guy wormed two pounds out of me

it was a sad time
