yo people

the thing about changing our message board so often is that after the initial "wow this is better than the last one" threads, it all goes a bit flaccid.

this is where i come in with my fantastic spark and thunderous wit. here is a joke some swedish guy who always wears a suit to lectures told me today:

one dark night a man and a boy were walking deep into a wood. the owls were hooting and there were strange and unexplained noises coming from all directions. the little boy said "I'm really scared"
the man says "its alright for you, you dont have to walk back on your own"

very dark. by the way im not sure if he actually is swedish, but he does exude swedishness.

the gig on thurs was fun, was it really a whole week ago? thanks for coming along and sitting down. why do people always sit down for our gigs? i always feel like standing up when im playing, it feels way funner. perhaps people do actually come because they are our friends and dont actually enjoy the music. hmm. who is the instigator and trend setter of this sitting down? could i run a poll of who sits and who stands and why? my guess is that noone will reply and tell me. though i would appreciate it.
