I too have been ripped off by Jangar. But in my case I have also sent him a TF weapon so he could make a mold out of it.
Before doing so I inquired about him on the various message boards I post on (TFW2005, Allspark, ATT, etc.), and I never heard anything negative about him, so I sent my Swoop sword, and my money and that was in June.

I think the whole root of his problem is that he underestimated the number of orders he would get, got overwhelmed, and quit. Unfortunately it seems that he didn't quit taking orders however.

I am generally a very rational, and patient person when it comes to things like this, and I will say that if my stuff comes in the mail I will be the first to apologise for saying that he ripped me off. But I won't ever be able to recommend him to others because of this huge time lag.
