18-24m outfit was worn only once, has attached crinoline for fullness, and the hearts on the jacket are just slipstitched in and can easily be removed if wanted, to use as a casual wear.

24m-2T outfit is denim gingham skirt-all, with a darling heart detail on the back, and the shirt has tiny white embroidered hearts all over. TOO CUTE! Helped my daughter win a State Grand Supreme as an off the rack casual wear!
