Subject: Sending money to PoW's.

A number of people have contacted us asking advice on how to post money to republican PoW's.
Officially anyone can send money to a prisoner provided there is the name and address of sender on the card, letter or envelope.
Cash is accepted at Portlaoise Prison but is not recommended as a safe method of getting money to a PoW. Far safer to send a Euro Bank Draft or Money Order.
Cash is also accepted at HMP Full Sutton England but safer to send by Money Order as cash is too often 'lost' in the post!
