Subject: Irish prisoner Michael Campbell in Lithuania.

Dundalk man Michael Campbell is being held in a Lithuanian prison in what can only be described as inhuman and degrading conditions. He has not been charged with any offence.
His only contact with family is by mail.
The only visits allowed are from his lawyer - and the Irish Consul - via the ICPO - Irish Commission for Prisoners Overseas.
Cards and letters can be sent to Michael at his prison address in Vilnius -
