Last night, they just informed me that they had run into some "trouble" with LGM regarding "rising maintenance costs" and the options of reselling or converting their membership to the Concept Vacation Club(CVC) Package. I've already told them to suspend all payment and correspondence until I've gotten some solid advice from lawyers or the experienced community. However, I do have a problem: A good number of agreements have been signed by my parents, but they only have a copy of a few of them, rendering us unable to present our case to CASE or any other authority. A) Could anyone advise me on how I could make/entice LGM into giving me a copy of all our legally binding documents? B) Is there a consumer law that would compel them to give me at least a copy of all the documents? (I'm sure that even if they accede to my request, they would charge me exhorbitant admin fees...) C) Then again, how would I know if the documents given me are the complete set? (my parents can't remember all the documents they sign, due to duress...) I'm sure some of us in this forum would have knowledge of those documents and could list them for me. Thanks in advance. NB. If anyone wants to ally or meet up, count me in.
