Can u imagine I actually felt good after signing on that dotted line but now, it's become the greatest regret. It's like being indebted for a loan u did not even borrow and committed FOR LIFE!!! I am having my exams this friday and gosh, just lost the mood to study (can u imagine they even trick innocent students). I can't even support my own home / car / insurance and I'm committed to a holiday - gosh, what have got into me at that time!!! But the good thing is after reading through this site, I actually felt better because all is not lost and there is still hope. Luckily, I've just paid up $1K of deposit and installments are not due till next year. And I'm going to follow the instructions from this website, to write a formal letter to indicate interest for termination. I will report my case to CASE (though I know they will not help much but for formalities), and I'm not sure if I should make a police report - maybe you guys can tell me. I've actually considered going there and asking them to defer payments - but I think it's not too advisable as this will weaken our case. Not sure if getting a lawyer to back-up the case is worth the money I've paid up. Again would like to seek advice from the experts! Hopefully if we gather enough victims, we can start up a good case. That's the end of my story, gotta let things out because it's fuming in my head and can't get to my books! PLEASE HELP!!!!
