Hi Irene
How much have you paid up, when did you pay them, and how long are you going to pay them and what are you going to get out of it. These questions must make you want to tell somebody, so go ahead and tell us about it. Someone in this forum will give you some real good advice.
Cheers
sgmc

Help!! I've just been conned yesterday at ERI. Felt uneasy about the whole thing from the time i stepped into the office. And they managed to get me to put down $5k!!! So foolish to do it when i knew it wasn't right. In fact it was my boyfriend who was convinced and wanted to get thier so-called holiday ownership plan. I've been looking thru the internet more information on this and came to realise wat we've bought are timeshares!!! These salesmen stil claim that it's non-depreciative!!!! Anyway, i just wanna get back our money. Is it through that we have the right to cancel off the contract and get refunded of our deposit, even if the contract doesn't state a termination clause or cooling off period? i need a quick answer before it gets too late!
