] Date Posted: Wed, Dec 31 2003, 19:17:43 Hi SK, As you have recovered from the recent mental onslaught by the Oriental guys, you can seek recourse to void (not terminate) this contract and demand full refund. To void this contract, you have to state clearly that you have been misinformed and mislead and misrepresented into signing . A lawyer is best able to legally demand the refund and you may have to pay a legal fee of a few hundred dollars.
