Well the service is not up to expectations if we are looking for top locations and high class accommodations. The point I wanted to make was whether they promised these? I was expecting bettter which was why initially I graded them as not quite up to par. I couldn't quite remember the sales pitch as it was in May 2002... but then again whatever is not stated in the contract in black and white they are not obliged to provide. And therefore if you go strictly by their contract, the services they provided has been up to standard and requisites of the contract. And I had been happy enough with ATC's promptness of reply when I made an enquiry for accommodation options, though I have not actually took up their offers as yet. On the other hand RCI has always been prompt and effective, and I've used and booked through RCI for my first exchange (given free from ATC actually) with no hiccups whatsoever. For those of us here that has genuine complains about service quality and non-fulfilment of requirements perhaps we can be more explicit and elaborate on them?

Hi, Raccon.. after having read so many of the negative feedback of the timeshare thingy between either IRN, ERI, LGM etc.. urs is the only "positive" feedback of IRN, prompt reply from ATC, etc...
Well, I'm also a victim of it, signing up with IRN..
I would like to know, anybody else out there, had actually try booking the tour holiday through them?
Is the accomodation up to standard?
Are they able to provide the hotel u requested for? Ie, those better ones stated in their portfolio.
Pls help,I really would like to know more abt their service before concluding that the contract is really not worth it, Ie. a scam.
Thanks

It is very good to hear of your good experience and hopefully they will keep up to their fair and honest business of providing a holiday service. And as you have been paying for over a year, may I know why you are paying for something you have not made use of? Is it for an investment?? or for your future holidays ?

Hi.. hmm the thing is i have not even pay 50% of it. only made a deposit of it.
Had tried email to ATC, and indeed with prompt reply, they said that IRN is their exclusive marketing agent in Singapore.(not sure if its a joint scam as well)
I just hope that I can know more abt their service tru this forum of anyone's genuine experience.

Thanks
