can anyone give comment on the letter i have recieved from ERI?.....the letter depicted in the following below:-

Dear Members

Notification

Recently, we have recieved numerous calls from concerned members of ERI regarding the other companies contacting them through any available contacts.

The staffs from these other companies either harassed or coased our members like you into visiting their premises to attend their presentation that allowed them to upgrade their existing membership into a "BETTER" or "HAZZLE-FREE" membership scheme with either lower or no maintenace fee required.

THere were numerous reports from local papers regarding these companies where many unaware members signing up with them.

Members who joined complained they were required to pay another upgrade fee or on certain occasion additional fee.

These companies claim that they will settle the existing membership balances or entitlement directly with ERI, but this did not happen. The members end up having to service both their current and new membership, which they do not require.

You may end up having to deal with two companies instead of one!

If you wish to make changes to your existing membership to better suit your needs, kindly contact myself at Telephone: 62352393 or email me at email: cs@eri.com.sg

We would like to inform all our valued members that ERI have been in Singapore since 1995 with bracnhes all over Asia Pacific region with a membership base of more then 20,000. We market our product with the approval from H.C. Asia Pacific Pty Ltd highest professioanl ethnics within our trade.

Yours truly
Gabriel Tan

Birds of a feather flock together..
Pot calling the kettle black
If ERI did not give out their member's details in the first place, how did these other companies get hold of it? "highest professional ethics indeed" Total bullshit.
