In reply to: Vin 's message, "Timeshare Resale" on Mon, Aug 23 2004, 21:28:42

I got the same call too. Something is definitely fishy about this company. I noticed the decor was minimal and it wasn't even listed in the building directory downstairs, They look like they are ready to bolt any minute.

If they are truly sincere about the sale, there should not be an upfront fee and I will gladly pay a commision. I recommend you alert CASE about this. I will do the same. If the IRN scam taught me anything, its to be very careful. We live in a world full of crooks and if these Pro-Biz are really legit, they have nothing to worry about.

Furthermore, I heard Timeshare resales do not happen a lot. It can't be that easy.

Hi Vin,

Do not go for any timeshare reshare if they want you to come out cash.

I heard of another company doing resale and they will collect 1% of sales comission upon successfully selling your timesale. Have not tried. Had posted in this forum for more info.
