Hi Vin,

In a perfect world, no one will buy timeshare but since we are not living in a perfect world, we bought timeshares simply because we were conned by unscrupulous bastards ... and now you are trying desperately to get rid of your timeshare.

Please treat all timeshare resale companies as scammers who are trying their best to exploit your misfortune to extract as much money as possible from you, because that's exactly what they are. Never ever listen to their lies.

Read more about my comments in "Why timeshare resale is nothing but a scam" at http://www.voy.com/161450/445.html.

Hi everyone,

I would like to warn you against Probiz. They approached me with exactly the same story. Their agent is actually Leisure Group Marketing (LGM). Probiz claims that their "agent" will sell for you but it is actually a scam to convert to LGM's Concepts Travel plan.

Though I had very negative vibes about this company, I wanted to sell my timeshare badly so decided to take the risk and found out Probiz is a scam. I have asked for my money back and I plan to lodge a complaint with CASE. Thank goodness I didn't sign up anything with LGM though they were trying to pressurise us with their hard-sell tactics.

By the way, you guys know of anyone else whom Probiz has approached? I am thinking of asking the media to write a story on all these timeshare scams to expose them.
