As I have visited this web site before, I know this must be something wrong, I did not take up the offer. I even ask them to give me their contract so that I can find out from lawyer if the contract is fair(In fact just want to see their respond). They refuse to pass to me and said that if I am not interested, it should be Ok. I have eventually found out from CASE that they are re-seller and they will introduce you to LGM. As the contract mentioned, their job is to find a Buyer for you and you pay them S$298. So LGM is the buyer they will recommend, they have 100% fullfil the contract you signed, there is no way you can take back your money. For those who do not know LGM....well...they will ask you to pay more to take up their CVC program. (so think carefully if you want LGM to be your buyer ....read other message regarding LGM fro this web site) I have the time share which cost me 13K....excluding the maintenance fee which I have paid for the past 5 year. Each year cost me USD398 and is still increasing. Same as everyone of you ...wanted to sell it away......:( The worst is I bought it from World Resort International which has closed down. UNderstand from CASE that police is looking for the owner. It seems that I got only 2 choices here....continue to pay and use the resort or write to my resort management and stop paying the maintenance fee.(according to CASE, I have the right to do that) Of course my 13K will go to drain as well.
