i am also a victim of the company ERI in HK branch, i was told by my lawyer that they are worldwide cheaters, a group of experienced cheaters, together with a group of lawyers to draft agreement......, too bad, they escape from criminal elements as advised by their lawyers, only civil claims be available......i knew that Singapore has a government agent to cope with these cheating companies, at least better than Hongkong, hope you all win the cases!!
