Hi people,

After writing to you people earlier, i received a call from LGM where they threatened me that the 6 month review period was up and that i had to increase my monthly installment amount or there would be "consequences"! I was very upset by this threat and i have written to them stating that criminal behaviour like this is in breach of the contract terms. In my letter I have told them to terminate my contract and inform me in writing that i no longer have to pay or i will go to the police and report their company and their staff who called me. Hope i've done the right thing. What do u think?

Well done i think since that they have already pushed us to the corner i dont dont think we have anything to lose i personally am prepared to give them ERI for me what ever fight i can give dont get angry get EVEN!!

i just received calls from ERI asking about why missing out on my payment. and it makes my blood boils every time i have to entertain them.

Hurrah ! You have made the first step . Stop all payments and demand for a refund less whatever reasonable administrative charges imposed.. You have not enjoyed and is not likely to enjoy or use the membership. You had been intimidated and threatened and duped into paying in the first place. It is time for you to bite back.
