Beware of the LGM cashback scheme.

They will first call you offering to buy off your timeshare.

When you see them, they will get someone to talk to you about their CVC membership + a cashback scheme, a scheme that allows you to take back your money after 5 years. But this person won't be able to disclose how much cash back you can get. Just keep emphasising that you will get your cash back.

The next person will then come in to evaluate what you own. Supposing you paid $9K for your timeshare, they will offer you a $12K rebate for it. But you need to buy their $21K product, so you have to top up another $9K.

Next person settles the contract bit and will say that you will get $21K back after 5 years. And glosses over the details.

You go back and find that what you have is an "opportunity to get a maximum of $21K amount cash back" and none of it is guaranteed.

Call them and they will all say that they never said that you can get $21K back after 5 years.

The cashback scheme is designed to give them more cash, and you, with no cash to get back. Don't believe in this scheme.

they asked me to sign another contract to downgrade the CVC from 15 yrs to 7 yrs and waive all the anual fees. But i do not want to put any money inside. So i want to cancel it now (within 3 days). the staff's face turned very fast and become a monstor. So can u imaging them will give the cash back after 5 yrs?

The funny thing is that he can tell you how much you want to get back. The other time he told me you can get $50 thousand if you want to. He just cross over the figure and write $50 thousand to my astonishment. He did it as if writing a blank check. Which come to your sense will tell you that they know very well that there is no such thing as cash back. At the end you get nothing.

Look at them carefully. They are very clever in telling lies. Lots of lies.

The next time u go there just secretly bring in a voice recorder and recorder the proceedings. This is how u can get your evidence to make a police report and also to report to CASE. These people are crooks and they employ a lot of crooks just to hoodwink u. Remember the more u commit the more their commissions. Don't be fooled! Be vigilant and don't make any commitments. There are a lot of foreign staff working there and the last i heard some of them are on holiday visas and are working illegally. One of the companies employs a bankcrupt! So beware my friends.....
