only an official letter from HCAP telling u that "you have no liabilities" will suffice

how can company B, which does not control company A, tell u that your contract with company A is no longer in force?

Hi Frustrated Brain,

Could you share with us your experience with Global Europ. Did you sign up for the timeshare resale package(with refund)? and at the end did you managed to get a refund?
