 Has anyone gone to this company called the asset ink who claimed that they could either lease or offload the timeshare for you? They say the whole process will take no more than 24 months to transfer the title deed. And they have offered attractive money to buy the title deed. but there are some fees for administration, legal fee in doing the transfer of title deed of the timeshare, ...etc. and this adds up to a few thousand dollars and this has to be paid upfront. there is a cooling off period whereby the whole thing could be terminated within 3 days.

Anyone has any experiences on the above and could share with us if they have done it and what is the result?

is this company reliable?
