Hi everyone,

I would like to warn you against Probiz. They approached me with exactly the same story. Their agent is actually Leisure Group Marketing (LGM). Probiz claims that their "agent" will sell for you but it is actually a scam to convert to LGM's Concepts Travel plan.

Though I had very negative vibes about this company, I wanted to sell my timeshare badly so decided to take the risk and found out Probiz is a scam. I have asked for my money back and I plan to lodge a complaint with CASE. Thank goodness I didn't sign up anything with LGM though they were trying to pressurise us with their hard-sell tactics.

By the way, you guys know of anyone else whom Probiz has approached? I am thinking of asking the media to write a story on all these timeshare scams to expose them.

Got cheated by one of the resale company, i guess they kept changing name. Exactly the same, one years if cannot sell your timeshare, full refund. And the company gone, another company come and approach me something like "cash back" scam and promise that i will receive the full payment that i've paid for my timeshare that cost 18k in 3 years time.
Recently, there's a retire uncle come visit to my residential and told me he is a volunteer and specially heip people who was conned buying timehsare and he offer to sell my timeshare for "free"?
So nice? How did he get my address? I just straight forward with him and tell him anything that involve money i'm not interested, and no news from him from then on.
To me, they are all bastards come to add in more misfortune to those like us who was a timeshare victims.
I think they just kept changing their company names!

I just got a phone call from these resale guys and their office is in Tong Eng Building (didn't get the company name). They keep pressuring me to go meet them for a 5 mins talk which I suspect it is another scam. Also told me that they need a $300+ deposit for the resell. This is why I'm check on the net if it is another con job.
