If you are non Singaporean/non PR, Singapore Tourism Board (STB) will help you to get your money back. It will take long time (> 3 months) but it's worked.

STB concerns about their tourist as they promised when they advertise Singapore in another countries. However, I still wonder why STB does not have power to close the fraud company like LGM/CVC.

In 1999, we've been experience the same incident.But at that time their office were at Royal Plaza on the Scotts,and we were duped into buying the Hotel Eichenhof in Austria.Are they the same people ? And for your information, this month they were asking for the maintenence fee.After i've read your column,im not sure whether i've to pay or not.Please help me ,coz i dont know what to do? and im really lost.
