I have similar experience with many others with LGM,recently just finished the payment. Now LGM asking for the Anual maintainance fee.Please include me in the loop for legal actions, thanks

Hi All,

I am also one of the victim for this CVC timeshare offer by LGM. I really don't know how come i can fall into their trap, anyway i have realised that it was already a mistake and i should look for the solution to fight them back.

I have just finished my payment and believing that i will be able to get my money back with their "Cash Reward Program". This evening, 17 Dec 2004, i hv just received a call from them asking me to pay for the maintenance fee for the CVC plan i have bought. Actually i really have not even enjoy one time from this holiday plan. I really feel regret for what i have done so far, believing that surely we might be able to come out with the ideal or method to deal with them and fight them back.

Please count me in for the legal action against them, i wish that all of us can get our money back.

Hi James,
I'm also trapped like you. If I had come across this website early, sigh.....

Have you received the "certificate" for the cashback? I have not received the certificate and the LGM called and said that the company would deduct my membership fees from my cashback. Is this what you heard? If this is what happen to you, pls contact me at christineteo@hotmail.com asap.
