Anyone have any experience with Aztex International, located at Tanglin Shopping Centre?

They claimed to have ready corporate clients who are interested in renting my week for $1200. Also, they said that I can purchase bonus weeks from RCI and rent them out to their clients.

The problem is I have to pay upfront $500 for each week to be rented out. They are not interested in only one or two weeks. Minimum upfront they're looking at is more than $5000.

Does anyone having any experience with them care to share? Are you able to rent out your weeks and got paid as agreed?

Do not believe in such scam. Isn’t it obvious that you will be at the loosing end the moment you paid them any money? Do you think they will fulfill any of their promises after taking your money? If they don’t, what are you going to go next???

Any scheme that ask for upfront payment is a damn clear signal telling you to walk away immediately.
