Pls. beware of the term "rescindable" in the contract. Pls. type "rescind" in http://dictionary.law.com for its definition. My little English knowledge says that if we now have "non-rescindable", the means even when both parties agree to terminate, that is not possible?

Next, pls. goto: http://www.lawnet.com.sg
-> Click "Legal Workbench", scroll down
-> Click "Links to Other Resources & References",scroll down
-> Click "Free-Access Statutes",
-> Click "English Acts", Click "Unfair Contract Terms Act"

Finally, let's unite and try to get a lawyer to see if our contracts are indeed unfair in the beginning and hence can free us from liability should we decide to terminate it...
