Dear Victims

Please be very careful if you are going to release your personal details, especially contact numbers, reasons:

1. There might be spy from timeshare companies trying to trace their unhappy members and counter them

2. There might be someone from re-sale companies trying to collect leads (names) so they could "help" them in resales

I would advise contact via email until you have verified who you are corresponding with.
