I was having a holiday while shopping in Orchard and was told that I have won a great holiday trip so called vacation. I was happy and was brought immediately to the LGM office to collect the prize not realizing that I have to purchase their LGM membership club. I inform them at the office and I am holding Swiss Garden & Berjaya Vacation Club. They are selling me their vacation club at a price of S$16,000. (If I can remember well) However, they are willing to buy over the 2 membership clubs that I have. Later, I realised that something was wrong when they could not convert my Berjaya Club in their name. Thank god I'm happy that they could not do so. But now I am still suffering in paying the monthly subscription to them. Can't we seek help from the relevant authorities on this matter so as we could get our hard earned money back.
