That's another story. My ex Beachcomber is a red season, odd & even unit. That means I can go back every yr, also mean I hve to pay $450 +/- each yr. I paid 14,500 plus 500(fees) for it. This was in the 90's. Used the exchange with RCI a few times to Malaysia & Australia. Finally sold it back to the Resort for 1700 +/- Aus. They actually can rent it out for me @ 600 Aus, but I just want to hve closure on this, even if I sold it @ a lost. Hope my chapter can help, if anyone requires more info let me know.
